1. Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day hassle-free exchange on all eligible products.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Product must be in unused, unworn, and original condition.

• All tags, box, and packaging must be intact.

• Exchange is allowed only for size or product defects.

• Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Used or damaged items

• Customized products

• Clearance/Final sale items

2. Return & Refund Policy

We currently offer returns only in case of damaged or wrong product received.

Refund Conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:

To claim any return or exchange, you must provide a complete unboxing video.

• Video must clearly show the sealed package, full unboxing process, and product condition.

• Without an unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.**

• Product must be returned in original condition.

• Refund will be issued after quality check.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment mode.

• Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.

Important Notes:

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• Refund may be rejected if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
